David Ogilvy, Founder of one of the largest and most successful agencies wrote the following advice to clients seeking an agency in his book Confessions of an Advertising Man.

Formally trained in graphic design at UMD, Martin does a lot of his work behind the scenes. He rejects the idea that web standards and great design are incompatible and spends much of his time doing quality control in addition to account and project management.

Martin enjoys making complex things simple, home brewing, spending time with his family and scuba diving in Lake Superior.

With a background in Web Design and Search Marketing, Jake is a master of project management. He makes sure that the team stays on time and on track. Have an idea? Jake can polish it and see that idea through design, development, testing & delivery.

Jake enjoys brevity, candor, white space, tasteful jokes about "social media experts", surfing and Costa Rican beer.

Jayme, a native Duluthian, fled the coop early on to develop her skills in San Diego, California. There she worked as a web designer and videographer and discovered that having a broad range of capabilities keeps her motivated in her work and interested in different ways of approaching design. When she's not designing she loves to read (huge nerd) and play old-timey bluegrass her mandolin.

Vinny is an extremely talented all-around developer and gadget geek with nearly 15 years experience and a specialization in WordPress. He hails from the east coast (What's about it?!).

When not heading up 3five's WordPress Brigade, Vinny enjoys posting tweets from his smartphone, making his east coast accent sound worse than it really is, being a drummer in various bands and tinkering on his Macintosh laptop computer device.

Billy The Kid spent his early days in a high-volume web design/development shop slinging dozens of sites each week. He applies that sense of urgency to every Shopify project but now enjoys taking his time to be creative and thorough.

When Bill isn't developing boundary-pushing Shopify sites he enjoys being the reigning champion of frisbee golf (really), dominating the rest of the staff on the company foosball table and losing himself in code until 4am.

If it's broken Gina can fix it. Once your site is up Gina makes sure that it stays that way by providing constant updates and maintenance.

She enjoys laughing in the face of danger, big headphones, cooking, being thrifty and cardigans.
